WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Ozdem Distributions offers an array of Warranty options on all our merchandise which differs between each product. The product warranty information can be found on each individual listing.

If during the warranty period the purchased product proves to be defective, we will repair or replace the purchased free of charge, provided the purchaser adheres to certain return authorization procedures and to the terms and conditions of this warranty. Variables that impact warranty term include damage to the product occurring after you purchase the item such as misuse or abuse, improper installation, neglect, accident, alteration, fire and theft.

Repairs or replacements are generally processed within 3 to 9 business days from the date of receipt.

Conditions are stated as followed for Warranty Claims

  • All wiring and installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician with a current Australian Electrical License.
  • The product is installed and used in accordance with instructions and recommendations where provided.
  • This warranty will no longer apply where the defect is a result of alteration, accident, attempted repair, misuse, abuse or neglect.
  • Ozdem Distributions does not accept the liability for direct or consequential losses, damages or other expenses arising from misuse or incorrect operation and installation of the products.
  • If product becomes faulty after the warranty period is expired, no repair or refund will be provided.
  • Warranty will only be given with proof of purchase (such as an invoice) and the faulty goods are returned to Ozdem Distributions
  • The warranty does not cover defects where you were informed of the issue before purchasing or you examined the goods before accepting them and that examination should have identified the problem.
  • Our warranty only applies to the original purchaser from where the purchase was made from and is strictly not transferable. If the serial number is removed, altered or defaced, the warranty is void. All warrantees commence on the date of purchase
  • We recommend that you keep your original product packaging if possible. In the unlikely event that you require a warranty repair and you do not have the original packaging, you will bear the responsibility for safely packaging your product for transport and Ozdem accepts no liability for any damage that may occur in transit. 
  • If order was delivered to you, you are responsible for bringing or shipping the product back to the original place of purchase for repairs, warranties and for change of mind.
  • After determining whether there are manufacturer faults or damages to the product, Ozdem Distributions will determine, in its discretion, the reasonable call to action method to remedy the issues. For most issues, parts can be easily changed over, and for these issues, Ozdem will provide the relevant part to fit on. In the unlikely event of a major fault, and we will request the item back for repairs or replacement, which is at Ozdems discretion at the time of assessment.
  • Ozdem reserves the right to replace the relevant part with the same or equivalent Product or part, rather than repair or replace it. If a replacement is provided, Ozdem will determine, in its discretion, the closest product within the then current range of products offered by Ozdem Distributions with which to replace the faulty or damaged product. The replacement product may differ with the replaced product in size and specifications, at the reasonable election of Ozdem Distributions. Ozdem Distributions may replace parts with refurbished parts.
  • CALL OUTS- Our warranty period only covers parts replacement and does not include call-outs fees. We do not offer a on site warranty, all goods purchased that are faulty must be returned to us for further inspection at the buyers time and cost.
  • Pay outs- We do not compensate for time spent if products are faulty or provide any reimbursement of machinery used when installation is made or if replacement needs to be installed with the set machinery.


RETURN CONDITIONS

1.1- Returns and Refunds

Ozdem Distributions believes in fair transactions so if you are not completely happy with your purchased goods, we will provide a 30-Day Change of Mind Policy. In order to be eligible for the money back guarantee we must be notified within 30 days so please contact info@ozdem.com.au or call us on 039796 4764 If you return an item to Ozdem within 30 Days. We will offer you an exchange or refund provided that the item is in resalable condition including that; It is in its original packaging including instruction manuals and all accessories and that the original return/ exchange receipt is included. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.

Refunds will be issued using your original payment method, Products returned not because of any fault but due to incompatibility or change of mind, postage is at buyer’s expense.  Products that are returned due to goods being faulty or wrong goods shipped then postage is at our expense. A receipt must be provided for all returns.

1.2 Special Order (1-3 Days)

Any product purchased from our store that states it is a special order will not be accepted for return. This is because it is a product not stocked and specially ordered in specifically for you. It is not a shelved product and the purchaser cannot return for credit or exchanges.
